Mumbai Felt Less Like a Trip and More Like Borrowing Someone Else’s City 🌃🤍

Mumbai was honestly less of a proper “trip” and more like going to my cousin’s place and casually living their Mumbai life for a week. 😭🤍

I stayed at their home, so there was no hotel-check-in, no crazy itinerary and thankfully no pressure to cover everything. Some days we went out properly, some evenings were just chai, gossip and deciding at the last minute where to go.

We did Marine Drive, Bandra, Colaba, cafés, street food and a little shopping, but my favourite part was honestly experiencing Mumbai like a local with my cousins instead of constantly feeling like a tourist.

December weather, Christmas lights, late-night drives and family scenes — very wholesome, slightly chaotic and very Mumbai. ✨🌃

Favourite bit: Late-night drives with my cousins after everyone had already said, “Bas, ab ghar chalte hain.” 😭✨
