By creating an account or using Jyurniq at jyurniq.in, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Jyurniq lets you claim a username, keep a travel log, and optionally share journeys or stories. Features may change over time. Free access today does not guarantee every feature remains free forever; we will communicate material pricing changes clearly.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Usernames must follow our naming rules and may be reclaimed if they infringe rights or abuse the platform.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm other travellers.
Your content
You own the content you upload. You grant Jyurniq a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and according to the visibility you choose.
You confirm you have the rights to the material you post (including photos) and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harassing, or hateful content.
- No spam, scraping abuse, or attempts to break security.
- No impersonation or misleading claims about identity.
- No uploading malware or content that exploits minors in any way.
Holiday bookings and third parties
Destination listings or booking enquiries are informational leads unless we say otherwise. Third-party providers have their own terms; Jyurniq is not responsible for their services or fulfilment.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Travel information you or others publish may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that public content will remain online forever.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jyurniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on travel content shared by users.
Termination
You may stop using Jyurniq at any time. We may limit or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the product.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
